Classes can be cancelled up to 4 hours before the class starts with no penalty.
If you cancel your class less than 4 hours before the class starts or don’t turn up for your class, we are unlikely to fill your spot. Therefore, we will either deduct a class credit from your package or charge a £10 late cancellation/no show fee if you have a rolling membership.

8. WORKSHOP BOOKINGS:
Workshop tickets are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

If you purchased your membership online you have 14 days to change your mind, also known as a cooling off period. If you visited the studio and took any classes within this period we will issue you a refund deducting the drop in value of the classes taken using the membership. To request a refund during cooling off period email firstname.lastname@example.org. Your refund will be processed within 30 days.
