Software swap notice – please read carefully
What has changed?
We changed our software provider.
Why is it happening?
We want to improve your experience. With the new app you will be able to:
invite guests, refer friends (and get referral rewards), book and cancel classes and manage your membership in an easier way.
What does it mean for you?
We ask you to:
- Set up a new password
- Download our new app:
- Potentially update your payment details – please check My Account / My Info tab – your bank card details should be at the bottom of this page.
We also ask you to log in to your account and check all membership details in the My Account / My Memberships tab so we can amend the data if it doesn’t migrate from our previous software accurately. Please report any issues to email@example.com
Please bear in mind that we will be amending all discrepancies for the next 30 days. After 01/10/2021 we will not be able to amend any data that transferred incorrectly.
