Nina Rashid, our meditation and Yoga Nidra senior teacher invites you to her “Introduction to Meditation Workshop”.

These days with the greater need to reduce stress and stress related illnesses in our lives, meditation is increasing in popularity.

There are several different styles of meditation, regardless of style meditation is learning to sit with what IS, learning to be here and now in life without reacting to it.

Learn about and practice several different soothing styles, and find some inner peace in our ever evolving, fast paced world. The workshop will be a mixture of talks and practice, and a chance to ask questions and share insights about our experiences to help inspire and encourage each other.

Workshop Booking T&Cs:

  • Workshop tickets are non-refundable but if the booking is cancelled in advance you will be able to use your workshop ticket for any other workshop within 12 months.
  • If we have to cancel the workshop for any reason (covid-19 related included) we will refund you immediately.
  • If you can’t make it to the workshop please let us know at least 24h before the workshop starts. We have limited capacity and we need to prepare for members beforehand so 24h is the minimum notice we require.
  • If you don’t cancel your booking online at least 24h before the event your ticket will expire as used due to our late cancellation policies. We know it may be disappointing but with less than 24h we are unlikely to fill your spot.
