“These days with the greater need to reduce stress and stress related illnesses in our lives, meditation is increasing in popularity.
There are several different styles of meditation, regardless of style meditation is learning to sit with what IS, learning to be here and now in life without reacting to it.
Learn about and practice several different soothing styles, and find some inner peace in our ever evolving, fast paced world. The workshop will be a mixture of talks and practice, and a chance to ask questions and share insights about our experiences to help inspire and encourage each other.“
