Hot Yoga Brixton reopening
Following the latest announcement from the government stating that indoor group exercise can resume on 17th May 2021 we are reopening on this date. We can’t wait to see all our members again!
In the meantime we are working on a few upgrades and surprises when we reopen. We will be sending newsletters in the coming weeks so please make sure that you are on our mailing list! If not sure, please email us at email@example.com and we will make sure you won’t miss any future communication from us.
All memberships were frozen for the duration of lockdown and restarted automatically on 17th May 2021. All packages were amended to reflect new opening dates. So there’s nothing for you to worry about or take action on. We’ve got it covered!
If you don’t want your membership to continue please get in touch via email (firstname.lastname@example.org). We will not be able to refund memberships that restarted automatically after the lockdown.
If you think we missed your membership or something doesn’t look right, let us know and we will look into it!
What if I want to cancel my membership? Will I get a refund?
We have introduced memberships that are fully flexible and we do not want to lock anyone into contracts – you can cancel your membership anytime without any notice period. We know that everything seems uncertain these days so we wanted to give you full control of your membership. Unfortunately, according to our Terms and Conditions we will not be able to offer refunds on cancelled, unused memberships.
I cancelled my membership but changed my mind. Can you reinstate my membership?
Unfortunately, we are not able to reinstate cancelled memberships. We know it may be disappointing but for the integrity of our terms and conditions and fairness to other members we will not be able to make any exceptions.
